In a small Swedish town's quiet existence, things need to be shaken up in order for emotions to come to life. That is what happens then the famous Kroon family moves back. The Father, Mats is a retired NHL-player. His two children, Felicia and Elias, must now find their place in the already established hierarchy. To help her, Felicia finds a new friend, Amie, an insecure girl who has a dream of becoming a professional singer. Meanwhile Felicia's new rival and Amie’s former best friend Klara, fights to keep her status as the most popular tough girl in school. Elias is a very promising ice hockey talent himself. His goal is to get a spot in the senior hockey team, in order to expand his drafting chances; his pushy father's big dream. A new rivalry is born between Elias and another star player in the junior ranks, Ludvig. Only one can get the team spot and things get worse when Felicia shows a romantic interest in Ludvig, who eagerly returns the interest for his rival’s sister.

The first season of Eagles aired in March 2019 and the show was an immediate success for public broadcaster SVT, as well as generating an international following outside of Sweden. The second season aired in March 2020 and surpassed even the first season’s success. The third season was produced during the Autumn of 2020, while a fourth is already in development. Eagles was nominated for Best TV Series at Venice TV Awards 2020.
