EVERYWHERE I GO IN EUROPE AND ASIA

Eccho Rights has closed a deal for new Turkish drama Everywhere I go with BTV Media group in Bulgaria and MX Media in India.

The series was just recently sold to Mediaset in Spain, where it will launch on Divinity soon and was awarded Best Romantic Series at last year’s Golden Lens Award in Istanbul. Produced by Karga Seven Pictures, a Red Arrow Studios company, the series recently finished its successful run on Turkish broadcaster Fox.

“EVERYWHERE I GO offers the perfect mix of romantic comedy and drama and we are looking forward to international audiences discovering this beautiful story,” says Handan Özkubat, Director of Turkish Drama at Eccho Rights.

ECCHO RIGHTS TAKES AWARD-WINNING DRAMA EVERYWHERE I GO TO SPAIN

Following its launch at MIPCOM this fall, Eccho Rights has sold Turkish drama Everywhere I go to Mediaset España’s Divinity in Spain.

The series is produced by Karga Seven Pictures, a Red Arrow Studios company, and premiered this summer in Turkey to excellent results on Fox. The series rapidly turned into the hit of the season. On top of winning over the Turkish audience, Everywhere I go received critical acclaim as well. Early November the series was awarded Best Romantic Series at this year’s Golden Lens Awards in Istanbul. Organized by the Turkish Association of Journalists, the Golden Lens Awards (Altın Objektif Ödülleri) celebrated the best in Turkish film, theater and television in their 24th edition this year.

“With nearly 20 Turkish dramas on air Spain, we don’t see this trend diminishing anytime soon. Everywhere I go is a great title for Spain, offering the perfect mixture of romantic comedy and drama,” says Barbora Suster, Head of Latin America and Iberia at Eccho Rights.

SUMMER HIT EVERYWHERE I GO, GOING GLOBAL

Eccho Rights have agreed a deal with production company Karga Seven Pictures to represent their hit drama series EVERYWHERE I GO (Her Yerde Sen) on the international market.

The series, which has aired throughout the summer on Fox in Turkey stars Furkan Andic (Orphan Flowers, Meryem, The Girl Named Feriha) and Aybüke Pusat (Falcon Crest, Söz, Medcezir) in the lead roles.

“This series has captured Turkish viewers’ hearts this summer, with its sweet romance played by two fantastic young actors,” says Handan Özkubat, Director of Turkish Drama at Eccho Rights.

In the past 12 months Eccho Rights has licensed more than 12 000 hours of Turkish Drama series worldwide, with hit titles such as Elif, Cennet and Stiletto Vendetta scoring millions of viewers - not just in traditional Turkish Drama strongholds like Latin America, and Eastern Europe, but also in Africa, the Indian sub-continent and increasingly in Western Europe where Spain and Sweden have both aired Turkish Drama series in the past year.
