String of new deals concluded for I Am Mother

Eccho Rights has sealed a string of new sales deals for the Turkish drama series I Am Mother (Sandık Kokusu), produced by O3 Medya and originally commissioned by Show TV in Türkiye. The emotional, character-driven series, which has struck a chord with audiences domestically, now continues its global expansion with several new international partners.

The latest broadcasters to acquire the rights to I Am Mother include Univision for the U.S. Hispanic market, Teleamazonas in Ecuador, Kanal D in Romania, TV3 in Lithuania, TV Klanin Albania and Jibek Joly in Kazakhstan.

These new deals further cement the series’ status as one of the most compelling Turkish dramas of the past two years, exploring the complex emotional terrain of motherhood, loss, and healing.

Eccho Rights to represent Royal Pictures', A Journey to Belong

Eccho Rights has picked up the international distribution rights for A Journey to Belong, the brand new daily drama series from Turkey. The series, produced by Royal Pictures for Kanal D in Turkey, premiered in September under the local title Bizi Birleştiren Hayat, and has been scoring strong ratings for the channel.

“We are really excited for A Journey to Belong, a multi-generational family drama that will grip audiences day after day. A Journey to Belong is written by Berrin Tezcan Dağçınar, directed by Ayhan Özdemir and produced by Saner Ayar and Berkin Kaya for Royal Pictures.

Chrysalis renewed for a third season

CHRYSALIS, the long running drama hit from OGM Pictures in Turkey, has been renewed for a third season. The series, currently airing its second season on Kanal D, has been one of the most popular dramas each week in Turkey since its launch in April 2021, regularly winning a fiercely fought Thursday primetime slot.

WOUNDED BIRDS AND CENNET TO MEXICO

Eccho Rights has completed the sales of Turkish Drama series WOUNDED BIRDS and CENNET to leading Mexican broadcaster, Imagen.

CENNET is a worldwide hit, sold to more than 40 territories globally, that scored huge ratings for ATV in Turkey during 2018.
