ECCHO RIGHTS TO REPRESENT ENDLESS
Mar 13, 2023
We are excited to announce new Sürec Film-produced drama Endless, a part of our 2023 line up!
The series (original title Fedakar), is set to premier the 18th of March on Kanal 7, and follows Tarık who's on a mission to find his sister’s killer, and seek revenge. He spots the killer’s motorcycle outside a young man’s house, but when he is not home, Tarık decides to kidnap his sister Elif instead, to use her as bait. Holding Elif captive, Tarık expects to crush her spirit until she turns on her brother. But the young woman who has devoted everything to her family, is convinced Sefer is innocent and would go to any lengths to protect him. This strength of character awakens something in Tarık, something he didn’t know he had been missing all along.
“High volume dramas from Turkey have become a hugely attractive option for broadcasters looking for long-running series that consistently pull in good viewing figures in both afternoon and prime time slots. And with Sürec Film producing, buyers are assured of a premium production,” says Handan Özkubat, Director of Turkish Drama at Eccho Rights.

Brand new three-series deal made with Alshana In Morocco
Eccho Rights has licensed three Turkish drama series - Kara, Grapes of Love and Beneath the Surface - to Alshana in Morocco, extending a long-standing partnership and further strengthening the presence of Turkish drama on Moroccan screens.
The agreement builds on a well-established relationship between Eccho Rights and Alshana, which has previously acquired a broad slate of Turkish titles, including Legacy, The Promise, Wounded Birds, My Home My Destiny and Brave and Beautiful, helping to establish Turkish drama as a firm favourite with Moroccan audiences.
Berkin Nalbantli, Sales Executive for CEE and Africa at Eccho Rights, said: “Morocco has become an increasingly important market for Turkish drama, and Alshana has been a key partner in building that presence. These three titles - from gritty revenge romance to emotional family storytelling and premium crime - show the breadth of what the genre has to offer, and we’re delighted to keep growing it together with a partner we know so well.”

Eccho Rights lands My Sweet Lie on Mediaset Italy
Eccho Rights has licensed the hit Turkish comedy-drama My Sweet Lie (Benim Tatlı Yalanım) to Mediaset in Italy, where the series premiered on Canale 5 this August, and will continue to air daily on the broadcaster’s streaming service, Mediaset Infinity.
Produced by O3 Medya for Star TV, My Sweet Lie was one of the top-rated Turkish dramas of its launch season and has since travelled widely around the world. The series stars Furkan Palalı, Aslı Bekiroğlu and Lavinya Ünlüer in a warm, funny and emotionally rich story built around one of the most universal themes of all - parenthood.
The deal marks the latest collaboration between Eccho Rights and Mediaset, one of Italy’s leading media groups and a long-standing home for Turkish drama on Italian screens. Mediaset has previously acquired a string of Eccho Rights titles, including My Home My Destiny, Everywhere I Go, Brave and Beautiful and Kurt Seyit and Sura.
Melis Hamamcıoğlu, Director of Digital Media Acquisition & Content Sales at Eccho Rights, who concluded the deal, said: “Italy has become one of the most exciting markets for Turkish drama in Western Europe, and Mediaset has been central to that story. My Sweet Lie is exactly the kind of warm, universal series that connects with Italian viewers, and to see it land here just days after our Portuguese deal shows how much appetite there now is for these titles right across the region.”The agreement follows last week’s announcement that My Sweet Lie had been acquired by The Walt Disney Company for STAR Life in Portugal, as part of a two-title package alongside Everywhere I Go. Together, the deals underline the accelerating momentum of Turkish drama across major Western European territories, where broadcasters and audiences alike are embracing the genre’s blend of emotional storytelling, strong characters and broad family appeal.
