Viaplay’s critically acclaimed drama ‘Threesome’ returns for 2nd season!

The London-set series sees returning stars Matilda Källström (‘Likea’) and Simon Lööf (‘Eagles’) headline an outstanding cast of upcoming international talents. Produced by Yellow Bird, ‘Threesome’ is created by first-time director Lisa Linnertorp, known for on-screen roles in worldwide Nordic hits such as ‘The Bridge’ and ‘The Restaurant’.

The show picks up immediately after the emotionally intense finale to season one, in which Siri (Matilda Källström) and David (Simon Lööf) pushed the boundaries of their relationship by embarking on a threesome with French art student Camille. In season two, the couple’s jealousy, regret and desire continue to build, as they struggle to grasp what the events of one rainy evening mean for their future together.

“This new season is about breaking up. It deals with leaving and being left by the person you love, and the moment when love is transformed, distorted and no longer conquers everything. I’m looking forward to continuing David and Siri’s journey together with our fantastic team.” says Lisa Linnertorp, director of Threesome.

Threesome season 2 will be released late 2022.
